üWe urge guests to reuse towels, placing them in a proper place whenever they want to renew them.

REDUCTION OF PAPER USE
üWe simplified operations and optimized procedures, sending invoices by email to our customers, as well as notes to employees, orders to suppliers, paper.
üWe use intelligent software that allows us to manage our reservations, as well as allowing us to keep all important notes regarding our guests.
üIn addition, we make efforts to reduce paper consumption by reusing paper.
PREFERENCE FOR ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CLEANING PRODUCTS
üWhether laundry detergents or cleaning products for the rooms and common areas, preference is given to environmentally friendly cleaning products.
üCustomers can choose not to have daily maid service.
